Data processed
- The Logto account subject used to separate one user's devices and tasks from another user's data.
- Linked-device name, platform, HelperAI version, supported capability names, and last connection time.
- Short-lived pairing codes, action confirmation records, task status, and the specific app-control input and result requested by the user.
Purpose and recipients
Softmap processes this data only to authenticate the user, link HelperAI devices, route requested work, return results, prevent duplicate execution, and investigate failures. OpenAI receives tool inputs and outputs as part of the ChatGPT conversation. We do not sell this data or use it for targeted advertising.
Restricted data
Do not submit passwords, MFA or OTP codes, API keys, payment-card data, government identifiers, or health information through HelperAI tools.
Retention and control
Pairing codes expire after 10 minutes and action confirmations expire after 5 minutes. Unfinished tasks fail after 24 hours. Active device records remain until unlinked; revoked device metadata and operational task records are removed after the reliability and security retention period, normally no longer than 30 days. Account holders may request access or deletion through the public support entry below.
Security
Device credentials are returned only once and stored server-side only as one-way hashes. The installed client initiates outbound HTTPS requests; the service does not open an inbound port on the user's computer.
